Jeremy currently holds a B.Sc in Psychology with Sociology and a Post Graduate Diploma, in Human Resource Management (University of the West Indies). He is trained in Psychometric Test Administration and Feedback- Level A & B, British Psychological Society (Saville Wave). He is also certified as an Assessment/Development Centre Assessor (a&dc, ILM), in Assessment/Development Centre Design and Management (a&dc, ILM) and has a certificate in Coaching (Centre for Coaching, ILM). Trained as an Quality Management System (QMS) Internal Auditor (ISO 9001 standard). Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
He also has an Intermediate Level 5 Qualification in Learning and Development from the Centre for Personnel Development (CIPD) and is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Occupational Psychology.

Assessment for Recruitment and Development
Proficient in the use of psychometric assessments for Recruitment/Selection, Management Development and Coaching. This has included the design and development of Personal Development Plans (PDP’s) for clients.
Executive Assessment
Designed and managed several Assessment Centres (Centre Manager and Assessor) from 2010 to the present. Has also designed a developed a Development Centre program for the government of Trinidad and Tobago (National Scholars Program).
HR Consulting
Designed and developed Performance Management Systems for several clients, as well as providing general HR consultancy support to mid-sized businesses.
Training:
Co-facilitated several training courses including Assessor Skills and Saville Wave Transfer. Developed various workshops is areas related to HR and Process Management.
