The story follows Tracy, a HR recent graduate who is employed by Capital Investments, as part of their graduate training program.
She is given an assignment- to develop a Performance Management System for the company. She is given another chance to redeem herself, and with the unexpected help of a mystical mentor, Tracy is able to get the project back on track. In the process, she learns the major tenets of implementing a Performance Management System, which can be applied to companies of any size. Join Tracy as she learns what it takes to measure performance in the workplace, with a step by step guide of how to replicate it in your own environment. |

His other two books, ‘The Adventures of an HR Manager’ (2014) and ‘The HR Genie’ (2016), look at how the HR function can be used to improve organizational performance- and is written from a local perspective. |
